The Web Access Login leads you to a page that looks like the images below, with either “Manager” or “Employee”. Depending on whether you are a manager or employee, you can access many different things within your Web Access Account. Managers have capabilities such as time sheet upload, payroll batch approval, benefit open enrollment and performance reviews; while employees can see their check stubs, flex spending accounts, benefits summary, direct deposit information and payroll and paid time off information. All of this information and more is available to you in your self-service Web Access account. Because your Web Access account holds specific employee and client personnel information, you have your own personal Web Access username and password.
Please be advised that your Web Access username and password will NOT get you into our Perks Program/Forms & Documents page; also known as the “Inside Client Center”. This is because the information housed in the Perks Program/Forms & Docs Log In is “universal”; the Perks information doesn’t change depending on who is accessing it, everyone uses the same web address and codes. The same goes for the Forms & Documents; all clients use the same business forms and documents.
Because you’re simply accessing a locked page on our site, the username and password are the same - for everyone; one for Managers and one for Employees. If you forget it, just check your Instructions Sheet; if you lose that, just call any of our staff members at HR Strategies!

The Manager/Client Log In houses all HR Strategies official forms & documents necessary for business owners. It also houses all of the Perks Program information. The Employee Login houses forms & documents necessary for employees and all of the Perks Program information.
